LOG 4/11/24
Haven't written in here in a week apparently. Didn't realize it's been that long. The past week was nothing much, just me experiencing my third quarter classes in its early days. At one point I took a 25 minute train ride to the loop only to realize I didn't have class that day, so that's something.
Classes have been pretty boring, especially math. To be honest, all of them are boring. History of film is a class I look forward to though because I talk to fun people in that class. I'm kinda starved of a social life I guess.
The most notable thing that happened was my ex-1-week-lover Gene messaging me and giving me closure about why they became dry and left things with me. They ended it poorly but recently texted me that closure. We don't hate each other or anything, there's no bad blood. They said that they were freaked out and got scared when we were physically affectionate because of relationship trauma. They apologized for how they ended things. I guess they weren't ready. But I miss them! I remember when we would hyperfixate on power rangers and fnaf together and when we were crushing on each other. They're so cute too, they're only person I've been on a date with where there was genuine mutual interest between me and the other person. Before that, I've only been on one sided dates where I didn't like the person or they didn't like me.
I'd say mood today was a 6/10. I just got out of my boring math class and have no more classes for the rest of the day. I'm fucking free!
